Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. No refunds or exchanges on any purchases past 30 days.
For return eligibility, items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging that you received it in.
Additional items that are non-returnable: Gift cards
In order to complete your return, we will require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once returns are received, we will inspect your items. A confirmation email will be sent to the email on file for approval or rejection of your returns. When approved, a refund will be applied back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We do not refund shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you still have not received your refund within 5-7 business days, please contact us at support@larucebeauty.com.
For lost/stolen packages: customer has 60 days from date of shipment to report package lost/stolen in order for Laruce Beauty to file a claim and process. Anything beyond the 60day timeframe is outside of Laruce's ability to process claims with shipping service and therefore cannot be processed.
Sale Items
All sales items are final and are not returnable.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For any exchanges, please contact sales@larucebeauty.com.
Gifts
All items marked as gift purchases will receive a credit for the same value of the purchased price. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to the address provided.
Warehouse
You are responsible for shipping costs.

Please allow time for returns and exchanges. We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance when you are mailing items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
